Recent legislative changes have been set to reshape how ACA Marketplace agents and brokers operate during the upcoming Open Enrollment Period (OEP). The newly passed “One Big Beautiful Bill” (OBBBA), along with executive orders aimed at improving the Affordable Care Act, introduces several key provisions that will directly impact Marketplace plans and enrollment.

Many of those will need the information and guidance provided by licensed agents to help them find or enroll in a new plan or find replacement coverage. ARTICLE
