Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) §§ 41-1001(24) and 41-1091, the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (“Department”) issues this Substantive Policy Statement (“Bulletin”) to provide guidance regarding recently observed areas of potential noncompliance in the solicitation and sale of insurance.
